Who we are

PTM is a Michigan limited liability company operating under the name Prime Talent Management. We are a discreet, full service creator management house supporting account operations, audience conversations, content strategy, marketing and long term growth for modern creators. Information you choose to provide

When you use our creator enquiry form, we may receive your name or preferred name, country or time zone, preferred contact channel, contact handle, goals, age confirmation and consent to be contacted. The form also uses a simple human check and a hidden anti spam field; those anti spam values are used to protect the form and are not part of your creator profile.

Why we use it

• to respond to the conversation you started;
• to understand whether a creator management conversation may be a genuine fit;
• to protect the form and website from automated abuse;
• to maintain reasonable business, security and compliance records; and
• to communicate with you through the channel you selected.

Storage, access and sharing

Enquiry details are stored in PTM’s private application database. Access is limited to people who need the information to operate PTM, respond to enquiries, maintain the website or meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell enquiry details. We may use hosting, database, security, professional or legal service providers acting on our instructions, and may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the site, PTM or another person.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. As a normal operating target, we aim to remove or anonymise it no later than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active relationship, a dispute, security, legal obligations or legitimate business records.

International processing

PTM is organized in Michigan, USA, and the systems used to operate this website may process information in the United States or other countries. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for an international transfer, we will use appropriate measures for that transfer.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to particular uses. You can make a request by emailing hello@ptm.house. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Cookies and analytics

PTM uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, including page views, approximate traffic sources, scrolling and outbound link activity. Google may process pseudonymous technical information such as device, browser and visit data for these measurement purposes. We do not send names, email addresses, contact handles or creator enquiry content to Google Analytics. The site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting and security systems may still process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Age requirement

The creator enquiry flow is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite or accept enquiries from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website, our processes or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
