What PTM is
Not a referral desk.
A team around the business.
PTM exists to give creators a capable team around the work they should not have to carry alone. We bring management, marketing, audience conversations and operational discipline into one connected system while keeping the creator at the centre.
What we do
Audience conversations
Where agreed, our trained team can manage direct messages and subscriber conversations in the creator's voice, with clear boundaries, review and accountability.
Content and marketing
We connect positioning, content systems, promotion and audience development so that the public work has a clearer path to the people it is meant to reach.
Operations and insight
We bring structure to approvals, reporting, performance review and the next decision, so the creator is not left carrying the whole operation alone.
How we work
Professional
behind the scenes.
The public work can feel clear because the operation behind it is not improvised. PTM is built around calm, repeatable systems that make room for better creative decisions.
Creator led
The creator remains the centre of the brand, the voice of the work and the person who makes the final calls.
Clear responsibility
Scope, approvals, communication and ownership stay visible to the people they affect.
Measured growth
We look for qualified attention, stronger retention and better decisions, not louder activity for its own sake.
Confidential by default
The work behind an account deserves discretion, care and professional handling.
The company
Built for a
longer view.
